These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Langley Ride's Minicab and Airport Transfer services. By booking with us, you agree to these Terms.
1.1 Langley Ride (we/us): The company offering minicab and airport transfer services.
1.2 You/Your: Any individual, business, or entity making a booking with us.
2.1 Journey Time: Ensure adequate travel time, particularly for airport transfers with strict check-in deadlines. Langley Ride is not responsible for delays caused by insufficient planning or being unprepared at pickup.
2.2 Vehicle Size: Select a vehicle suitable for all passengers and luggage. Overloading is not allowed. Children of any age are counted as one passenger each.
2.3 Wheelchair Access: Notify us of any wheelchair access needs when booking.
3.1 Quotes: Prices are based on details provided at the time of booking and exclude VAT unless specified. Adjustments may apply for significant itinerary changes.
3.2 Waiting Time: A 45-minute waiting period at airports and parking charges are included in the quote. Additional waiting time incurs standard waiting fees. We monitor flight schedules but cannot guarantee adjustments for delays.
3.3 Booking Confirmation: Upon accepting a quote, review your booking confirmation for accuracy. Inform us of any issues immediately to avoid delays or extra charges.
3.4 Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards for payment.
4.1 Passenger Conduct: Passengers must behave respectfully. Cleaning fees may apply for soiling, damage, or misconduct.
4.2 Prohibitions: Eating, drinking, and smoking are not permitted inside vehicles.
4.3 Child Safety: All children must travel in age-appropriate restraints.
4.4 Capacity: Passenger limits must not exceed those set by licensing and insurance regulations.
5.1 Cancellation Policy: Notify us promptly to cancel your booking. Cancellations after the vehicle is dispatched incur fees based on travel time and distance.
5.2 Online Cancellations: Cancellations made online before vehicle dispatch may result in charges to the original payment method.
6.1 Delays: While we strive for punctuality, Langley Ride is not liable for losses due to delays beyond our control.
6.2 Luggage: All luggage is carried at the passenger's risk.
6.3 Vehicle Breakdown: We will make every effort to provide a replacement vehicle promptly in case of breakdowns.
6.4 Indemnity: You agree to indemnify Langley Ride against any expenses, damages, or losses arising from actions by you or your party.
7.1 Booking Termination: We reserve the right to terminate bookings immediately for passenger misconduct, including abuse, violence, or damage. No refunds will be issued for terminated journeys.
8.1 Subcontracting: Langley Ride may subcontract services. Rights under this agreement cannot be transferred by you without consent.
8.2 Terms Updates: Changes to these Terms will be posted on our website. Bookings remain subject to the terms in effect at the time of booking.
8.3 Data Protection: Your data will be handled in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
8.4 Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Langley Ride and you.
8.5 Third-Party Rights: No third party may enforce any part of this agreement unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
Disputes or claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the booking date. Langley Ride will not entertain claims made after this period.
